Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.

 

In the case of a genuine emergency, please notify us at the time of cancellation so we can do our best to accommodate.

 

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system, where full policy details are provided. By booking, you agree to these terms.

 

We kindly ask that existing clients arrive 5 minutes early and new clients arrive 10 minutes early. To ensure a smooth, uninterrupted session, we recommend using the restroom prior to arrival.
